Message	out with one like this: La-Z-Link The reason I honed it all the way out is because the boring machine that I had access to wouldn't fit in the bore. I had ~.0002" taper when I finished, and no out of round. Obviously each bore wasn't EXACTLY the same as the others, but that is about what each one came out to. As long as he knows how to use it and it is made to do an engine, it should work great. That hone doesn't look like it is really set up to handle an engine block though.
